I could be ugly ...

I have been moping around in flats and all-black baggy outfits since before the holidays. I'm not at my ideal weight, and I know well the feeling of just wanting to hide from the world. I'm also having hard time managing a regular exercise routine with a crazy work schedule and fits of insomnia.

Today, I decided to snap out it, put on my favorite pair of leopard-print pumps and a cute dress with one of my signature jackets and get moving. In my head, a girlfriend's words:

"At least you don't have to worry about one thing," she said. "You could be ugly."
